Appointment of Ignacio Barón as Director of Treasury and Controlling

Ezentis has announced the appointment of Ignacio Barón as Director of Treasury and Management Control of the Ezentis Group, who will report to Manuel Merino, Chief Financial Officer.

Ignacio Barón holds a degree in Law and Economics and Business Studies from ICADE and a PDG from IESE. In the last two years he has been CFO of Carbures, an industrial group specialising in the manufacture of parts and structures in carbon fibre and other composite materials, as well as in the design of proprietary engineering systems for the aeronautical and automotive industries. He began his career at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) as an auditor and from 2005 to 2014 he held various positions in the corporate finance department of Occidental Hotels & Resorts.
