Ezentis appoints Jordi Bellsolell as Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Ezentis, a company that operates and maintains telecommunications and energy infrastructures for large multinationals, has appointed Jordi Bellsolell Gomis as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Jordi Bellsolell has more than 35 years of experience in financial management and management control positions in various sectors such as publishing, renewable energies and large-scale distribution, highlighting his experience at Grupo Planeta from 1998 to 2008, at Grupo Fersa Energías Renovables from 2009 to 2012, and at Grupo RBA from 2012 to 2020. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Financial Management from ESADE.

The appointment of the new Chief Financial Officer is part of the renewal of the previous management team that the Group has undertaken with a restructuring and competitiveness plan, mainly focused on the European market, to ensure the full satisfaction and confidence of all its stakeholders.
