Ezentis opts for alternative fuel for its fleet in Spain

Grupo Ezentis, a company that operates and maintains telecommunications and energy infrastructures for large multinationals in eight countries, has incorporated alternative fuel vehicles with compressed natural gas (CNG) propulsion systems for its operations in Spain, in line with its policy of renewing its environmentally sustainable fleet.

CNG (Methane) is a clear alternative to traditional fuels, and is currently the cleanest and safest fuel on the market, making it the ideal fuel for driving in low emission zones in cities (Eco Environmental Label). In addition, the use of this fuel represents a considerable saving compared to petrol and diesel.

The introduction of these vehicles in the company's fleet represents a further firm step in Ezentis' commitment to sustainability and environmental protection, as CNG reduces NOx emissions by 90% and CO2 emissions by 25% compared to conventional fuels.

The delivery of the new vehicles has been accompanied by the relevant training of the drivers of the new units on the safety measures to be adopted when refuelling with this fuel.
