Ezentis wins an 8.5 million euro contract with telecommunications operator Claro in Brazil

Grupo Ezentis, a company that operates and maintains telecommunications and energy infrastructures for large multinationals, has been awarded a new contract with telecommunications company Claro in Brazil for 8.5 million euros.

Claro, an América Móvil group company, has awarded Ezentis a two-year contract for broadband and cable TV subscriber services in Sao Paulo. This contract is in addition to others that Ezentis already has in its portfolio with the operator in that country.

With this expansion of services, Ezentis positions itself as a strategic supplier to Claro Brazil, capturing the growth of the telecommunications business in that country. This new business brings Ezentis' order intake in Brazil so far this year to 149 million euros.

Ezentis has network construction, operation and maintenance contracts with the main companies in the telecommunications sector in Brazil, such as TIM, Vivo (Telefónica), América Móvil and Tower Companies (Telxius, ATC and SBA), and technology solution providers such as Ericsson and Huawei.

In addition, Ezentis in Brazil has a strong activity in energy with clients such as Neoenergía (Celpe in Pernambuco, Coelba in Bahia, Elektro in Sao Paulo), Light in Rio de Janeiro, Electropaulo in Sao Paulo and Siemens/Cemig in Minas Gerais.
